Bridges
Bridges are one way of replacing 1 or more missing teeth. The bridges are fabricated by a dental laboratory after preparation of the neighboring teeth by a dentist. The bridges are usually constructed of a matching shade of porcelain, placed over a precious metal base. The bridge restores the natural appearance and function of the teeth. The bridge is not removable, and needs to be brushed and flossed to insure long term success. Other methods of replacing missing teeth include implants, and removable partial dentures.
